Dear Garrulous Law!
I really curious to know the name of Ian Tomlinson’s barrister. I have not heard or read about his name, I wanted to know if his name has not mentioned deliberately for security or some other reasons.I saw his solicitor’s interview but not a sign of his barrister. -I should mention that I’m not English and have just follow the news of this case, as his case was so controversial- and I’m interested to know if it’s common not to reveal the name of the barrister of a case or not.
